...and cut in a luxurious soft pure linen fat twill weave suiting fabric woven for us by the world's leading research fabric maker--Luigi Parisotto in Sarcedo, Vicenza--that was specially dyed and treated by hand in our world-famous GBS superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using English tea leaves and a process that required over 10 hours of expert work to achieve its special colors, patina effects, shaping and softness...

...then combined with a beautiful partial lining story in luxurious pure silk 16 momme raso satin floral print made for us by the legendary Brenna family in Como Italy--the world's leading center for fine silk fabric creation along with pure cupro Bemberg-tipo sleeve linings woven for us by Ezio Ghiringhelli in Varese...

The special piece features very special old-fashioned canvas horsehair front and collar interfacings totally hand-padstitched with over 1000 invisible hand stitches inside to give it its remarkable soft, natural roll line along lapels and collar...

... and incredible pockets throughout--impeccable all hand-cut besom flap exterior and welt breast and besom interior pockets which required between 20-30 minutes to expertly constuct each one fully-self lined in the expensive pure linen fabric instead of skimping and using cheaper pocket lining materials like other luxury brands do. This long-time value approach to maximum comfort and durability costs more as it uses more of the precious fabric but results in incredibly comfort when you put your hands in the pockets of this jacket.

The EV9J11 is also designed for long-term wear with alterations capability built-in. Inside, all major fitting seams are given generous 2,5 cm seam allowances to allow for ample alterations capability. This approach also requires more upfront fabric investment and costs but can greatly extend the usable life and service of the coat to adapt to its owner's changing body shape and dimensions over his or her lifetime--a key factor in understanding its long-term value for money spent and its low net costs per wear over time. The piece is hand-signed and numbered by the designer and also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--exquisitely attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads.
