THIS super limited edition GBS Evolution IX EV9S04 handmade shirt design is one of only 6 pieces of its kind currently being made by hand for the entire world from a modified classic short-sleeve tailored shirt pattern from our extensive tailoring research and cut using an exclusive very special "superleggero" ultralight pure linen exclusive Botticelli floral print garza shirting cloth created only for us in Varese Italy-the world's leading region for fine cotton and linen cloth production, then individually dyed by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using a process that required over 8 hours of expert work to achieve its extraordinary colors, patina effects, shaping and softness. The design features a perfectly balanced design and fit created to provide extraordinary comfort and ease of wear, expert single-needle stitched tailoring throughout, beautifully finished all french seamed interior construction, real mother-of-pearl buttons made for us by the Lanzanova family of pearl button specialists in Brescia, and no less than 9 of our signature hand sewn buttonholes in pure silk Bozzolo Reale Seta Milano threads (each one required 10-14 minutes to cut and sew on the challenging loosely woven garza fabric) which required 2 hours of painstaking expert work just to make the buttonholes alone for the single shirt. The piece also features our world leading pure silk label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it—beautifully attached all by hand using pure silk threads.
