THIS special version of the GBS Evolution XI EV11P08 trouser design is one of only 4 pieces of its kind made by hand in the entire world, each exclusively for Leclaireur Hérold in Paris. It was created from our handmade exclusive modified shorter length early 1900’s American classic vintage five pocket western denim work jean trouser reproduction pattern from our extensive tailoring research, and cut using an amazing new “Alashan Breeze” 60% Cashmere, 32% Silk & 8% Linen superlight super breathable 180 gram per meter advanced plaid design weave superlux suiting cloth woven in Pollone Biella, Italy by the oldest woolen mill and most respected cashmere cloth makers in the world--Fratelli Piacenza 1733 Spa— then individually washed, shaped and treated by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia for extra aging, shaping, drape and incredible softness. The design features a classic back yoke and 5-pocket array including front coin pocket and impeccable handcut rear chevron patch and front curved western tailored pockets each self-lined in the very expensive Fratelli Piacenza “Alashan Breeze” fabric for maximum hand comfort and performance, expert all single-needle construction double-stitched detail work throughout as is accurate of the historical period reproduction (which took at least 3 times longer than using a double-needle machine), impeccable front fly construction using a top of the line superlux Excella brass plated zipper made to order for us at YKK’s top world factory in Japan for superb smooth action, and long-term reliability and use, beautiful Italian pure cotton deluxe taped-seam all clean-finished interior construction, generous 2,5 centimeter seam allowances on major fitting seams that allow the trouser to be altered and let out for long-term wear and service, remarkable classic real horn and mother-of-pearl button designs made for us by the world's greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, Italy--and our signature real hand-stitched buttonholes (each one one required 10-14 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads. The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads. Variations in color and color density are not imperfections or irregularities, but specific characteristics of the hand making techniques. Please treat buttons and buttonholes with care. We recommend professional clean only or hand wash cold water and protecting buttons with foil or plastic wrap when washing. Do not put in washing machine or machine dryer.
