…and cut in a luxurious extrafine worsted Super 130’s pure wool “Ceremonia” classic Italian morning stripe suiting cloth woven specially for us by the Lanificio T.G. di Fabio in Biella, Italy--the world’s leading center for fine virgin wool fabric production— combined with pure cupro Bemberg-type luxury linings woven for us by Tessitura Mauri Spa in Como--then specially individually hand dyed in our studios with our special extreme handwork artistic artisan process and technique code-named “accident dye” which required over 12 hours of expert work to achieve its precise dark chiaroscuro mottled colors, patina effects, shaping and softness.

The design features a historical early 20th century carrot shape flat-front silhouette with impeccable hand-built hidden-button fly front construction…

…hand-cut front in-the-seam and rear besom flap pockets all fully self-lined in the valuable Super 130’s wool fabric for maximum hand comfort and durability…

…beautifully clean-finished fully-lined interior with Italian deluxe satint taped seam construction, real hand cut silk and viscosa suspenders using special print tapes along with base and trims woven specially for us by the renowned Nastrificio Victor mills in Piove di Sacco Padova, historic back cinch belt with Italian metal buckle, generous 2,5 centimeter seam allowances on major fitting seams that allow the trouser to be altered and let out for long-term wear and service, and real hand sewn GBS Italian satin taped hemlines (not machined) using our proprietary in-house techniques designed to be invisible on the outside and never come down…

…all handsewn Italian metal “automatica”pressure snap buttons, and a beautiful button story of real horn designs and real mother-o-pearl inside suspender buttons made only for us by the world’s greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma Italy; and no less than six of our signature real hand stitched buttonholes (each one required 12-14 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads.

The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it—beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads.
