THIS special version of the super limited edition RNS12 shirt design is one of only 9 pieces of its kind made by hand in the entire world from a classic European cut tailored shirt pattern from our extensive tailoring research and cut using a luxurious pure silk 16-momme raso satin exclusive Darklands Berlin “Gryphons” print design developed by Estefania Campillo, and made only for us by the legendary Brenna family in Como, Italy--the world’s leading center for fine silk fabric creation--then specially washed and treated by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia for extra aging, shaping, drape and softness. The design features an impeccable classic European tailored men’s shirt cut and design, expert single-needle stitching throughout, beautifully clean-finished all French-seamed interior construction, uniquely balanced cut, fit and design, extraordinary real horn shirt shirt button designs made for us by the world's greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, Italy; and no less than 12 of our signature real hand sewn buttonholes in pure silk Bozzolo Milano Seta Reale threads, each one required 10-12 minutes to cut and sew (over 2 hours of painstaking expert work just to make the buttonholes alone for a single shirt). The piece also features our world leading hand dyed pure silk label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--beautifully attached entirely by hand with pure silk threads.
