This special version of the super limited edition OYWJ26 advanced shoulder silhouette handmade jacket design is one of only 2 pieces of its kind currently being made in the entire world this year, from our modified handmade 19th century original single-breasted padded shoulder 4-button 4-pocket jacket pattern from our extensive tailoring research, and cut by hand using an incredibly soft, entirely hand woven superlux cotton yarn fabric created exclusively for us on 18th century wooden hand looms by the late Giuseppe "Pino" Colombo and the Colombo family at Tessitura La Colombina at Badoere di Morgano. It was then fully-lined with luxury pure silk raso satin from Como Italy the world’s leading fine silk fabric production region then specially dyed and washed by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia to achieve its special colors, patina effects, shaping and softness. The special piece features entirely hand sewn pockets, our advanced new shouldered hem silhouette with special hand-made ultra-soft wool and canvas batting shoulder pad construction, hand sewn interior hems on bodies and sleeves, exquisite interior metal chains made exclusively for us in Padova attached to the bodice hemlines all by our extreme skill handwork, hand sewn button design composition using real horn incision-cut and charismatic lacquered design ‘turtle’ natural-plant lattice latex buttons made exclusively for us by the world’s greatest living buttonmakers- Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, and no less than 9 of our signature hand-stitched buttonholes (each one required 12-15 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta thread. The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it-- beautifully attached all by hand using pure silk threads.
