This special version of the super limited edition NVT03 handmade shirt with matching GBS trapezoid scarf set design is the only set of its kind made in the entire world. It was created exclusively for Hues in Fukuoka, Japan from our relaxed body round-neck woven tailored t-shirt design pattern from our extensive tailoring research, and cut in a beautiful Super 130’s pure extrafine virgin wool birdseye weave luxury suiting cloth woven in Biella, Italy--the world's leading region for fine virgin wool cloth production--combined with a special matching trapezoid cravatte scarf in the same cloth combined with Ezio Ghiringhelli luxury viscosa jacquard weave linings from Varese-- then all specially double-dyed by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia with our special extreme handwork artistic process technique code-named “accident dye” which required over 26 hours of painstaking expert work to reach its precise final mottled colors, patina effects, drape and softness. The design features an elegant asymmetric fly-front concealed-button side-placket closure with advanced side-buttons in real horn made expressly for us by the world’s greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Collecchio di Parma, Italy; and our signature real hand stitched buttonholes (each one required 10-12 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Seta Milan thread. The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it-.beautifully attached entirely by hand with pure silk threads.
