…and cut in a superlux pure Alashan wollenspun cashmere suiting cloth woven only for us by the oldest still operating woolen mill in the world and the world’s most respected cashmere fabric makers--Fratelli Piacenza 1733 in Pollone, Biella, Italy...

...combined with an exquisite lining story composition of pure silk 16 momme raso satin exclusive “Rinascimento” Renaissance and White, blue and black floral prints made only for us by the legendary Brenna family in Como, Italy--the world's leading center for fine silk fabric creation—along with luxury weave viscosa lining fabric woven by Tessitura Mauri in Como--then all specially multiple dyed, washed and treated by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using a series of processes that required over 26 hours of master work to achieve its special colors, patina effects, shaping, and incredible softness and drape.

The design features a matching classic GBS trapezoid cravatte scarf design double-faced with the same special lining story as the waistcoat, and carefully cut and sewn expert matching plaid tailoring work throughout both pieces…

…impeccable handcut besom flap pockets--each fully self-lined in the precious pure Alashan wollenspun cashmere fabric for maximum hand comfort and durability...

…beautifully finished fully-lined interior construction with hand-cut center back vent, generous 2,5 centimeter seam allowances on all major seams which provide alterations capability for long term service and wear…

…an amazing button story of GBS hand-dyed real horn button designs including several in precious white horn, made for us by the world’s greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, Italy...

…and no less than six of our signature all hand stitched buttonholes (each one required 10-14 minutes of expert work to create) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads.

The piece also features our world leading pure silk label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it—beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads.
