SPECIAL EXCLUSIVE HAND MADE DESIGN HAND DYED LUIGI PARISOTTO STURDY HAND "SACK" PURE LINEN MULTI-COLOR YARN LUXURY SUITING CLOTH WITH HANDMADE VINTAGE LEATHER SUSPENDERS PURE CUPRO BEMBERG-TYPE LININGS, SILK HANDSTITCHED BUTTON-HOLES & FONTANA REAL HORN AND MOTHER-OF-PEARL DESIGN BUTTONS
THIS special version of the super limited edition HBP03 handmade suspender trouser design is one of only 4 pieces of its kind made by hand in the entire world, each exclusively from our original late 1940’s to early 1950’s based classic flat front relaxed-leg drop-crotch work trouser pattern from our extensive tailoring research, and cut by hand using a very special pure luxury multi-color yarn weave linen textured fabric woven by the world’s leading research fabric maker—Luigi Parisotto in Sarcedo, Vicenza—combined with pure cupro Bemberg-type luxury linings woven by Tessitura Mauri in Como for maximum lightness and comfort--then specially dyed by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using a process that required over 11 hours of expert work to achieve its unique dark brown colors, patina effects, shaping and soft but sturdy rustic feel. The design features hand cut vintage recycle garment leather suspenders made by hand in our studios, impeccable hand made hidden button fly-front construction, generous 2,5 centimeter seam allowances on major fitting seams that allow the trouser to be altered and let out for long-term wear and service, beautifully finished fully-lined interior construction, real Italian pure cotton taped hems all completely sewn by hand (not machined) using our own special techniques that are performed to be invisible on the outside yet hold solid for years and never come down that required over 2 hours of expert work to achieve their beautiful clean finish, superior durability and tailored elegance, elegant design real horn buttons and real mother-of -pearl suspender buttons which were made for us by the world’s greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, Italy—and no less than six of our signature real hand-stitched buttonholes (each one required 10-12 minutes to cut and sew) in pure silk Bozzolo Reale Seta Milan threads and is handsigned and numbered by the designer. The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--exquisitely attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads. Variations in color and color density are not imperfections or irregularities, but specific characteristics of the special fabric and hand making technique. Please treat buttons and buttonholes with care.
