…and cut using Super 120’s doppio-ritorto double-twist “Venezia” luxury cotton shirting cloth created by Luigi Parisotto and family, the three-generation world leading master fine shirting cloth weavers in Sarcedo Vicenza, then specially dyed by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using a process that required over 8 hours of expert work to achieve its special grey colors, patina effects, shaping and softness.

The design features a classic European tailored men’s shirt cut and design with moderate width point collar and expertly tailored all single-needle stitching throughout using special all Italian pure cotton threads (zero poly or plastics) spun and made by Cucirini Rama in Modena...

...impeccable clean-finished all french-seamed interior construction on bodice, sleeves and armholes…

…with classic handcut mitre-construction sleeve plackets with reinforced sleeve cuffs and exceptional detailing…

…amazing real horn shirt button designs made exclusively for us by the world’s greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, Italy--and no less than 12 of our signature real hand-stitched buttonholes (each one required 10-12 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads.

The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it—beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads--all specifically designed and executed to eliminate the common annoying irritation and itching on the back of your neck caused by typical luxury brand polyester and synthetic plastic fibre yarn labels and threads. While the costs and expense of doing so is avoided by all other luxury labels--the comfort and wearing experience across many years makes all the difference in the world and well worth the investment...
