The EV9P09 trouser design was exclusively created from our classic tailored single pleated tapered leg trouser pattern from our extensive tailoring research…

…and cut using an all new advanced trans-seasonal lighter-weight wool & linen iridescent weave luxury suiting cloth woven only for us by the world’s leading research fabric maker--Luigi Parisotto in Sarcedo Vicenza--combined with pure cupro Bemberg-type linings made for us by Tessitura Mauri in Como--then specially GBS “accident dyed“ entirely by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using our special extreme handwork artisanal processes that required over 12 hours of expert work to achieve its beautiful dark mottled and iridescent colors, patina effects, shaping and softness.

The design features real hand-made silk suspenders using our own hand-dyed pure Como silk fabrics and special silk woven tapes and trims that were made specially for us by the venerable Nastrificio Victor mills in Piove di Sacco Padova…

…with impeccable handbuilt hidden-button fly-front construction and hand cut front slash and rear besom pockets each fully self-lined in the precious Luigi Parisotto suiting cloth for maximum hand comfort and durability..

...beautifully clean-finished interior construction with fully lined interior and Italian satin taped seaming work..

…generous 2,5 centimeter seam allowances on major fitting seams that allow the trouser to be altered and let out for long term wear and service, real hand sewn taped hemlines (not machined) using our own special techniques that are performed to be invisible on the outside yet hold solid for years and not come down, and extra large belt loops all around that can accomodate any size belt...

…an extraordinary all hand-sewn button story with real horn exterior buttons on waistband and fly, and stunning real bone interior 2-toned suspender buttons--all made only for us by the world’s greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma Italy; and our signature real hand stitched buttonholes (each one required 10-14 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads.

The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads.
