THIS super limited edition edition GBS Evolution VIII EV8S09 handmade shirt design is one of only 11 pieces of its kind being made by hand in the entire world from our “extensionism" elongated proportion version of a classic European-fit tailored men’s shirt pattern from our extensive tailoring research, and cut using a luxury pure silk 16-momme raso satin exclusive “extensionism 5” cutting edge green petroleum tanker distortion print design fabric made only for us by the legendary Brenna family in Como, Italy-- the world’s leading center for fine silk fabric creation, then specially washed and treated by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms for extra aging, shaping and softness. The design features a slightly longer 88cm length classic European tailored men’s shirt cut and design with a sharp useful matching cross body bag made in our workrooms--an elegant curved-spread collar design which can be worn beautifully open or closed, impeccable clean-finished all french-seamed interior construction, all single-needle tailoring throughout, classic mitre-construction handcutsleeve plackets, all new advanced incision-cut “Roberta”real mother-of-pearlbutton designs made only for us by the world’s greatest living buttonmakers—Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma; and no less than 12 of our signature real hand-stitched buttonholes (each one required 10-12 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads. The piece also features our world leading pure silk label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it—beautifully attached all by hand using pure silk threads. Variations in color and color density are not imperfections or irregularities, but specific characteristics of the special fabric and hand making technique. Please treat buttons and buttonholes with care. We recommend professional clean only or hand wash cold water and protecting buttons with foil or plastic wrap when washing. Do not put in washing machine or machine dryer.

Deep in the historic personal salons of the artist Anton Von Werner's 1874 Villa VI apartments
on Potsdamer Strasse in Berlin, as part of special ongoing installation work utilizing fixture and interior
concepts developed with Darklands in Berlin by GBS architect Davide Gabriele, set deisgner Giovanna Basseggio
and the Carpenterie Metalliche S.A.CA.M. at Cavarzere, the new GBS Evolution VIII EV8S09 handmade shirt
design now hangs alongside a 5 meter pure Como silk wall hanging installation of its original GBS "green
tanker" print design made by the legendary Brenna family in Como, Italy which the shirt design is made from .
In a limited series production, only 11 collector's edition handmade pieces of its kind were made for the entire world,
each painstakingly cut one-at-a-time to maintain the precise print design arrangement for each piece in
the exclusive series.
