THIS special version of the super limited edition EV6S11 Evolution VI handmade shirt design is one of only 9 pieces of its kind made by hand in the entire world this year, each exclusively for Leclaireur in Paris. It was created from our classic tailored men’s shirt pattern, from our extensive tailoring research, and cut in a superlux pure silk 16 momme raso satin exclusive “Clouds” print design developed for us by the artist LAS and made only for us by the legendary Brenna family in Como, Italy- the world’s leading center for fine silk fabric creation, then specially dyed by hand in our world famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using a process which required over 10 hours of highly specialized work to achieve its amazing colors, patina effects and softness. The design features a classic European tailored men’s shirt cut and design, impeccable clean-finished all french-seamed interior construction, classic mitre-construction sleeve plackets, extraordinary real mother of pearl shirt button designs made exclusively for us by the Lanzanova family of pearl button specialists in Brescia; and no less than 12 of our signature real hand-stitched buttonholes (each one required 10-12 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads. The piece also features our world leading pure silk label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it—beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads. Variations in color and color density are not imperfections or irregularities, but specific characteristics of the special fabric and hand making technique. Please treat buttons and buttonholes with care. We recommend professional clean only or hand wash cold water and protecting buttons with foil or plastic wrap when washing. Do not put in washing machine or machine dryer.
