The design features expertly tailored special besom flap diagonal pockets, real working buttonhole handmade surgeon's cuffs with impressive 4-button closure, impeccable hand-cut besom welt breast and interior pockets, all hand sewn hem constructions and generous 2,5 cm seam allowances on all major fitting seams to allow for ample alterations capability...
