THIS special version of the GBS Evolution XI EV11P05 trouser design is one of only 2 pieces of its kind made by hand in the entire world, each exclusively created from our hand-made exclusive American vintage classic military chino trouser reproduction pattern from our extensive tailoring research and cut using an amazing new “Alashan Breeze” 60% Cashmere, 32% Silk & 8% Linen superlight super breathable 180 gram per meter advanced plaid design weave superlux suiting cloth woven for us in Pollone Biella, Italy by the oldest woolen mill and most respected cashmere cloth makers in the world--Fratelli Piacenza 1733 Spa—combined with pure cupro Bemberg-type linings by Tessitura Mauri in Como--then specially dyed, shaped and treated by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia, Italy using a process that required over 8 hours of expert work to achieve its special colors patina effects, shaping, drape and incredible softness. The design features new integrated elastic waist side panels with impeccable real hand-made buttonhole hidden button-fly front construction, a front coin pocket and impeccable hand-cut rear besom and front tailored in-the seam pockets all fully self-lined in the very expensive Fratelli Piacenza “Alashan Breeze” fabric for maximum hand comfort and durability, beautiful taped-seam waistband fully-lined all clean-finished interior construction, generous 2,5 centimeter seam allowances on major fitting seams that allow the trouser to be altered and let out for long-term wear and service, trouser hems that are all completely sewn by hand (not machined) using our own special techniques that are performed to be invisible on the outside yet hold solid for years and never come down, remarkable classic real horn button designs made exclusively for us by the world's greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, Italy--and no less than 6 of our signature real hand-stitched buttonholes (each one one required 10-14 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads. The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand-dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads.
