THIS super limited edition GBS Evolution XI EV11J02 sport, dress & travel jacket design is one of only 11 pieces of its kind made by hand in the entire world. exclusively using a classic single-breasted 3-button special notch-lapel jacket pattern from our extensive tailoring research, and cut a luxurious pure superfine “Venezia” Super 120’s double-twist luxury cotton cloth made only for us by the world's leading research fabric maker--Luigi Parisotto in Sarcedo, Vicenza Italy—combined with an exquisite lining story of pure cupro Bemberg-type luxury lining cloth for extra light softness--then individually dyed by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using a process which required over 16 hours of highly specialized work to achieve its amazing colors, patina effects, shaping and softness. The design features an all new lightweight maximum functional comfort sports dress and travel concept, special first-in-the-world linear seam design lapel detail, extraordinary hand-cut besom, curved diagonal welt and interior besom pockets throughout the garment, each fully self-lined with the valuable cotton cloth for incredible comfort, security and durability; hand-cut double side back vents, generous 2,5 centimeter seam allowances on major fitting seams that allow the jacket to be altered and let out for long-term wear and value, a remarkable composition of GBS hand-dyed and hand-sewn real Corozo-nut button designs made exclusively for us by the world’s greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, Italy--and our signature real hand-stitched buttonholes in pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads which required at least 12-14 minutes to create each one. The piece also features our world leading pure silk label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--beautifully attached entirely by hand with pure silk threads. Variations in color and color density are not imperfections or irregularities, but specific characteristics of the special hand washing technique. Please treat buttons and buttonholes with extreme care. We recommend professional cleaning or hand washed in cold water and protect buttons with foil or plastic wrap when washing. Do not wash with other items. Do not put in washer or dryer.
