THIS special version of the super limited edition original version GBS Evolution X EV10P08 advanced handmade trouser design is one of only 4 pieces of its kind made by hand in the entire world, each created exclusively from our exclusive tailored Evolution X secret styling direction padded single-pleated 1920’s sporting trouser pattern from our extensive tailoring research and cut using an advanced melange wool and linen twill luxury suiting fabric woven only for us by the world's leading research fabric maker--Luigi Parisotto in Sarcedo, Vicenza Italy--combined with a superlux feather light all natural (no poly or synthetic fiber fillers) Italian pure silk batting interior developed in Bergamo, and finished with an exquisite lining story of luxurious pure silk 16-momme raso satin made for us by the legendary Brenna family in Como, Italy--the world’s leading center for fine silk fabric creation--all specially dyed, washed and treated by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using a series of processes which required over 15 hours of expert work to achieve its special colors, patina effects, shaping and softness. The design features advanced Evolution X secret styling, impeccable hand-built hidden-button fly front construction, special handcut triangle flap besom welt back pockets, beautifully finished taped-seam interior construction, real hand sewn taped hemlines (not machined) with extra long hem allowances which allows them to be rolled up to any length, generous 2,5 centimeter seam allowances on major fitting seams that allow the trouser to be altered and let out for long-term wear and service, beautiful real horn "gommatizzato" finely rubberized finish button designs made only for us by the world's greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma, Italy--and no less than 7 of our signature real hand stitched buttonholes (each one required 10-14 minutes to cut and sew) in pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads. The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads.
