This very special version of the super limited edition GBS Evolution II CVS04 shirt design is one of only 2 pieces of its kind made by hand in the entire world. It was created using our band collar classic longer-length, relaxed fit “old timers” tailored men’s shirt pattern, from our extensive tailoring research, and cut using the lightest pure cashmere suiting cloth in the world- the superlux “Alashan Breath” pure superlight 170gram pure cashmere fabric woven in Pollone Biella by the oldest woolen mill still operating in the world today and the world most renowned maker of cashmere fabrics- Fratelli Piacenza 1733... then individually specially multiple “accident-dyed” in our workrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using an advanced extreme handmade technology GBS process which required over 4 days of highly specialized work to achieve its amazing colors, patina effects and softness. The design features old fashioned band collar styling, square cut sleeve cuffs, impeccable clean-finished all French-seam interior construction, uniquely balanced cut, fit and design, remarkable sandblasted “Roberta” design real horn buttons made for us in Parma, Italy by Claudio and Cinzia Fontana, the greatest living button makers in the world today, and no less than eight of our signature real hand-stitched buttonholes (each one requires 8-10 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta. The piece also features our world leading pure silk label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it which was triple hand accident dyed to achieve its stunning colors and luster--beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads. Variations in color and color density are not imperfections or irregularities, but specific characteristics of the special fabric and hand making technique. Please treat buttons and buttonholes with care. We recommend professional cleaning only or hand wash in cold water and protect buttons with foil or plastic wrap when washing. Do not wash with other items. Do not put in washer or dryer.
