...and cut using a special textured weave diagonal twill wool woven only for us in Biella, Italy--the world's leading region for fine virgin wool fabric production--combined with pure cupro Bemberg-type linings woven for us by Tessitura Mauri in Como for maximum lightness and comfort. Then specially dyed, washed, shaped and treated by hand in our world-famous GBS Superworkrooms at Cavarzere using a series of processes which required over 15 hours of expert work to achieve its special colors, patina effects, shaping, drape and softness.

The design features uniquely balanced cut, fit and design with all hand tailored fly front construction and special Japanese YKK nickel aluminum zipper made for us in Japan, chosen for maximum strength and style...

...deep pleating, and impeccable clean-finished taped seam fully-lined interior construction...

...handcut fully self-lined front slash and rear besom pockets each fully self-lined in the superb Biella textured wool twill for maximum hand comfort and long-term durability...

...extra large belt loops to accomodate any size belt...

...and generous 2.5 centimeter seam allowances for plenty of alteration capability for long-term wear and service with exquisite Italian satin taped hems all completely sewn by hand (not machined) that required almost 2 hours of expert work to achieve their beautiful clean finish, superior durability and tailored elegance...

...exquisite real horn design buttons created exclusively for us by the world's greatest living buttonmakers--Claudio and Cinzia Fontana in Parma Italy--and our signature real hand sewn buttonholes in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Milano Seta Reale threads (which required at least 12-14 minutes to create each one).

The piece also features our world leading pure silk label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk threads.
