It was created from a narrow leg single pleated tailored trouser pattern from our extensive tailoring research, and cut using the lightest pure cashmere suiting cloth in the world--the superlux “Alashan Breath” pure ultralight 170gram pure cashmere fabric woven by the oldest woolen mill still operating in the world today and the world’s most

maker of cashmere fabrics- Fratelli Piacenza 1733 SpA in Pollone Biella... then individually specially GBS hand “Chiaroscuro accident-dyed” in our workrooms at Cavarzere Venezia using an advanced extreme handmade technology GBS process which required over 12 hours of highly specialized work to achieve its amazing mottled colors, patina effects, softness, and drape. The design features special extensive all handstitched detail work on front and rear pockets in pure silk threads that involved over 2 hours of master artisan work, real hand cut vintage recycle garment leather suspenders made by hand in our studios in Cavarzere, Venezia using special silk, linen and cotton trims made by the venerable specialists Nastrificio Victor SpA in Piove di Sacco Padova and exquisite large 28 line real mother-of-pearl suspender buttons made for us by the Lanzanova family of pearl button specialists in Brescia Italy, special 1980's single front pleated narrow leg cut with clean-tailored in the seam front pocket design combined with real handcut rear besom pockets, impeccable hand tailored hidden button-fly front closure, expert single-needle stitching throughout, beautifully finished Italian satin taped seamed interior construction, real hand sewn Italian satin taped hemlines in pure contrasting silk thread (not machined), extra large belt loops to accommodate any width or style belt, smart-looking5.5 centimeter turn-up tailored cuffs, generous 2,5 centimeter seam allowances on major fitting seams that allow the trouser to be altered and let out a full size larger than its original cut, real horn “Roberta” incision-cut design buttons made for us in Parma, Italy by Claudio and Cinzia Fontana--the greatest living buttonmakers in the world today; andour signature hand sewn buttonholes (each one required 10-12 minutes to cut and sew) in luxurious pure silk Bozzolo Reale Milano Seta threads.The piece also features our world leading pure silk hand dyed label created exclusively for us by Mion SpA in Torreglia which is the first label in the luxury industry to completely eliminate plastic polyester yarns in it--beautifully attached entirely by hand using pure silk thread.
